driving north on hwy 7 approximately 22:30hrs on oct 20, 1999, out of the corner i saw a streak of light, traveling from the nw to the ne.for about ten sec this streak of light went from a bright red orange to a bright pretty blue. using the clock as a direction, from my one o'clock to nine o'clock was the distance.
