group of twinkling lights at high altitude
I was looking southwest in morning just as the sun was rising. The sky was partly coudy. At an angle of aprximately 45 degrees from the horizon I saw a large sparkling effect at an altitude of what appeared to be extremly high. The group of lights looked like foil that had been released from an aircraft, but there was no planes in the vicinity. I am a licensed private pilot
