While driving home from school in Council Bluffs down Interstate 80 I observed a bright flash that streaked across the sky a great distance. It went dark for a split second then lit up again and continued extremly fast across the sky before disappearing. I think it was a meteor, but have never seen one skip across the sky like that. Was an impressive sight. Only lasted about 2 seconds.
