The craft was flying at approx. 200 feet with no lights on. It had no sound at all and we were able to see it clearly. It appeared to be grey on the bottom and could of been black on the top. It appeared to have come from a NW direction heading SE. We watched it for perhaps 10 seconds and then it disappeared.
