Walk in out of house at early morning notice man with two small children staring into sky. I look to see what appears to be an orange candle flame in sky. It moves across sky and eventually becomes small grey dot that does looping motions finally going up disappearing. A conventional jet followed right after. Next day in news news people said "orange and green lights" seen by many were not from military but probably "space junk from space lab" There was no chem trail as from rocket.
