A falling type streak that went down, up, down and back up leaving a trail with a flash before it disappeared.
At approximately 0500hrs on the 25th of July, 1999, I was working on Tinker Air Force base at one of the perimeter gates facing the east. I observed what at first appeared to be a falling star. However, it was about twice as large as a star appeared to be at that time. The object had a light green tint to it against the dark blue sky. It fell as a falling star or meteor would, then suddenly went back up, then fell again, then went back up leaving a brighter trail then flashed as it disappeared. The object was only visible for approxemately 7 to 10 seconds.
