I was talking with a friend outside her building when a plane passed over head. I looked up and about 1 in. (arm extended) to the left (north) of the plane I saw what seemed to be a star moving across the sky. It began to pulsate on and off after alerting my friend to what I saw. It continued to do this as it crossed the sky, eventually going out of sight.
The light seemed to be a star. It was traveling from West to East. It began to pulsate on and off repeatedly. No Sound. Cloudless sky. Proceeded to pulsate until out of sight. I am a computer operator for a legal firm and the other witness is a receptionist for the Transit Authority.
