Steering wheel size disc does fantastic manuvers for 20 minutes.
Saw a small steering while size half circle floating above the power line along the highway in an isolated area where I used to live. It was a solid object, no lights or portholes, was silent. It staying in the area for 20 minutes and did every kind of maneuver----something I have never seen before. It was able to go up and down, sideways and then stand still. I got out of my car and watched it until it slowely went off into the distance and it was as if it was putting on a show for me---and I got the feeling that it was part of something else---maybe a probe or something that could see everything but that there was most probably noone inside as it was too small. I always thought if I saw a flying saucer it would be LARGE but this was dissapointing in size. I do not recall if it was shiney or it was dull but it was a grey metalic colour. This is the only UFO I have ever seen and what I am reporting is the trueth. What is so bad, is I had my video camera in my hand just before I left on the trip and set it back down thinking I would not need it! Had I not done that I would have had one of the most interesting videos of a UFO doing every sort of maneuver over a long period of time.
