while traveling home from Seattle I stopped at the rest area a Teddy R. Park and saw something that I didn't need to see.
I was on my way home from Seattle and stopped at the Teddy R. National Park in North Dakota at 10:00 pm I was standing next to my truck and saw what I believed to be a star on the horizon. It was red and glowing like a dwarf but then it changed colors to a blueish white and back to red again and then it moved to the side at a speed which I have never seen an aircraft , including my navy days working with av8b herriers and helicopters of all sorts,achieve I then noticed a dull light eminate from the craft and I felt like I was seeing in negatives. Four times very rythmic it flashed and my eyes saw in negative. It moved again at about the same speed and distance, approxametly 200 yards or so, and then I saw the light again and my eyes flashed in negatives it moved again same speed and distance and then lowered into the badlands behind a butte. I stayed there for a half an hour and it never returned. the butte in question is about a mile or so straight out from the visitor center .
