However, many witnesses in Oregon express strong opposition to this theory, stating that what they saw did not look like a missile launch, and the object observed illuminated the ground with a beam, or cone (?), of light. This sighting occurred 82 minutes after the missile launch. Moreover, our theory is predicated on the assumption that a missile launched from near Los Angeles could be seen from northern Oregon.
