Bright light hovered over Marblhead Bay for several hours. Oval to disk shape but seemed to also change shape as well as color. Bright silvery color with red and green. Witnessed three fast moving streaks of white light move from it at extremely high rate of speed. Silent, not an airplane, star, or planet.
