While during commute in fall of 1997 or 1998 on my north bound commute between San Jose and Sanleandro, California, I witness a drizzle of sparks falling off of the High Tension power lines that dripped bright sparks such as a 4th of July sparler descending approx. a yard below both tension lines for several miles. Had anyone else reported this anamoly. 880 north bound!
