I saw the same lights that were over phoenix north of las Vegas while I was working at night .
It was about a week to a couple of days before the lights in Phoenix were seen . I worked graveyard for a while and had seen lights from aircraft landing at nellis all the time so I know what that looks like this was different and strange then about a week later I saw the news about Phoenix it was the same thing
