Man reports seeing a black, round object flying to north below solid clouds. It had no lights on it, and it was smaller than a full moon, perhaps 1/4 the diameter of the moon's disc.
The observer was facing to the west when he saw the object pass overhead.
Note: The prevailing winds, judging by air traffic at the time of the sighting, suggested that the prevailing wind at the time of the sighting was to the south.
