The female caller and her daughter witnessed three lights circling in the sky. They appeared to follow the car until the caller arrived at her home and viewed the lights to the south.
The lights just suddenly disappeared from their view, like they winked out.
This woman, I believe had called the night before, together with calls from the Ashtabula Co. Sheriff's Office, and another woman.
The lights may have been advertising lights, but this caller swore that they were not like that.
