The caller's husband had been outside looking at a peculiar red light, very high up, which turned white, then back to red.
He called his wife, who together with their daughter and a friend, watched the object for several minutes.
Object was above the clouds, and they succeeded in video taping the object. When they reviewed the video, the object look elongate, "like a door."
Caller will send copy of tape to Center for analysis.
