Man walked out onto his front porch at 2305 hours, and saw a very bright light in the sky. With binoculars, it looked as though it had four small lights on one end, and it was giving off sparks on the other.
The object stayed in place for 3-5 minutes, at which time it suddenly moved toward the southeast at a constant velocity, disappearing from sight.
