UFO investigator relays sighting report. It occured either 30JA96, or 31JA96.
Two women "near Spangler Road" witness two very bright white lights located "25 degrees above the horizon." Suddenly, the two objects "approached each other," then a third similar (?) object was seen to approach the first two.
No sound was detectable from the women's vantage point.
