Young man went into his back yard to fill his dog's water dish, when he noticed the dog was looking into the sky. He looked up and saw two prominent red lights apparently hovering in the sky. A small, private aircraft flew by, and the red lights appeared to approach, and possibly follow, the plane. Then they returned to the location in the sky where he had first noticed them. He called his wife out to look at them, at which time a police cruiser with two officers was driving by and stopped. The officers looked at the lights and were unable to explain them.
