October 11, 1994--dogs alert a man who sees a triangular object (about 600 feet per side) fly over his home in Hot Springs; the same triangle shows up in Custer, where it is witnessed by four people, including the MUFON investigator for the state of South Dakota (taken from Greg Nedved's "SDUFO: A CASE HISTORY")
