Saucer westchester 1988
Driving west on rt 117 saw a craft to my left. Pulled in to Woodland lane to look closer. Craft was the size of a football field, saucer shaped with different color lights moving around the rim. Flew very low over houses, no sound. Was still for a few minutes a block from me then proceeded east.
