Cone shaped craft, size of small car, approx 50 feet above ground. Shot up in sky when I started running.
Saw cone the size of a small car gently rocking about 50 ft above ground and approx. 50 ft away as I was walking around a corner. Nobody else around at that point. I stopped in shock and looked at it wishing a car would come by so I had a witness. It saw me move forward a few feet because it would move too. I was a block away from my Mother’s house and decided to run to her place quickly to get her to see it. When I ran it shot up in the night sky quickly and silently and when it reached the height of an airplane a large light came on at the bottom of the craft. Managed to get my brother in law out to see the light.
