Seen east looking towards paradise valley mall area. Unknown craft lights lighting up from back to front in order to the next. Looked like 6/7 windows that I could see, facing my direction. Flying low barely over tree line.
Another craft was hovering a few hundred feet standing still....just light blinking.
I have video of the crafts.
