Bright Blue Orb
I was between 8-12 years old and went outside to take out the trash. Our house was in a new neighborhood and there was an empty lot next to ours, then another house, then a forest. I am female. When I took out the trash, I walked over to a cluster of bushes and small trees in the empty lot for reasons unknown. As I stated, a bright, bright cobalt blue orb of light that was larger than a softball but smaller than a cantaloupe came from the upper left of the air out of nowhere, jetted down in front of my left hand side, floated for two to three seconds, then jetted off in the same path and disappeared. I ran inside and told my mom and brother who told me I was crazy. Never talked about it again. I had very bad migraines as a child after this, but I am not sure if it's related. I never received treatment. I'm attaching a picture of what it looked like, not the actual object I saw.
