1985-11-21 - Westbury, CA - Triangle

6 or so white lights forming triangle slowly and silently traveling North over parking lot.

While working at a retail store (Crazy Eddie) carrying out a TV for a customer, I noticed 6-8 white lights that formed a triangle shape flying North (away from me). It was moving slowly and silently. Originally I thought it was either a blimp or small planes but after I finished with the customer I continued looking up into the distance and questioned myself. I went into the store and brought out my manager (Rob) who also saw it. Eventually the lights moved off into the distance and Rob and I went inside and called the local airport with questions and eventually the local newspaper. The following day I checked the newspapers and sure enough many people reported sightings. But, I did not agree with what other people reported. Other people said they saw blinking lights, and that’s not what I saw. The lights I saw were constant.
