1983-07-03 - Dayton, OH - Cross

An orange X looking craft was flying over the neighborhood over the next door neighbors house and it was making funny moves up down.

Me and At the time my fiance was outside and we looked up to see an orange X going catty corner across the street over the houses in our neighborhood and it was going up down and forward. Like a heart monitor does it was seen by both of us and we was discussing ufos because it was not a plane. It had lights under it like in rows of about 4 and one in the middle. It was so cool, we did not have cell phones or cameras that day. There was always something going on flying over us. The airport was not far from us and the hanger 18 was not too far away either. So it was quite and interesting night I have been studying them since I was 11 when I saw project blue book. My dog was watching it too.
