Early morning low hovering UFO over rooftops in N. Lauderdale, FL neighborhood in 1980.
My step niece was 13 or 14 at the time. She was up late (unbeknowst to her parents) watching MTV.
Suddenly the house lite up like daylight. She went outside to see what was up and saw a UFO hovering just above the house tops.
The next day she discovered that others in the neighborhood had also seen the object and one of them had taken a picture of it.
The person who took the picture made enlarged prints and left a pile of them at a local pizza parlour for anyone who wanted them.
