It was obviously extraterrestrial, because it was in "CLOAKING MODE" as well as hovering in 1979.

My girlfriend an I went to Murray Park in Little Rock, Ar. summer of 1979. What I thought was a small boat coming from the direction of the dam just off 430 about a distance of 1/2 to 1 mile away. But the closer it got to us I noticed how close it was to the river bank wall. When I told her that it was no way that this was humanly possible to be that close to the river wall. When it became real close, the lights were not moving with the waves, but also would have been impossible, because large rocks extends at least 12-15 feet from the bank out to the river. My girlfriend was so afraid she begged for us to leave, but I told her that what I was experiencing that I would never see this again, an I haven't. I've realized recently that the alien ship was in cloaking mode except for the lights. It also had to be hovering because their wasn't any sound, an that impossible, because of the jetty. This the 1st time I've ever spoken publicly about since 1979, plus I probably would have scrutinized considering that UFO are now just been shared with the American public. My sister told she witnessed a shiny orb that came out of the river, hit the bridge, an bounced to the otherside. I think it was something about that the hydroelectric dam had something they were interested in.
