A bright light appeared over the trees while driving home and changed colors soon after that,.
On June 15, 1979, 1:00am, I was returning home from visting my girl frend, when I noticed a very bright white light moving slowly towards my car. I stopped to see what it was and noticed it was very close (250yrd) and making no noise what so-ever. after 7-8 min the light was 200 yrds away then stopped, the white light went off, and began to flash 4 different color lights, the phosphorecent blue, yellow, reddish and green lights almost seemed to be alive like phosphorecents in the ocean that glow in the dark. I observed these lights for 5 min then the lights stopped pulsating and the white light came back on and began to slowly move back to where it came from, I watched it move slowly back over the trees and disappear not to be seen again. the object was around 50-60 feet in diameter, and was not a helicopter,plane or ballon.
