Glowing green, rotating cone shaped object
The UFO was spotted hovering over my next door neighbor's house, approximately 15 feet above the roof. Me and my friend Bryan were approximately 75 feet from the object. The object was about 8-10 feet wide at the top and 12-15 feet tall, cone shaped, glowing green, it appeared transparent and rotated horizontally at a high rate of speed. It made no sound. We watched the object hovering in the same spot over the house for approximately 10 seconds, then it took off high into the sky at an extreme speed, disappearing in no more than 3 seconds.
