Later reported on Art Bell in '98. This thing was huge!!! Hovered over downtown Miami on a hot summer day at 3:00pm in the afternoon. I was returning from Miami Beach on the I-195 past Dodge Island/Government cut ... saw this huge thing hovering about 2000 feet over downtown ... I remember saying, "Yeah, this will shake them up." Not a word about it in the media.
