Subject: Thank You for Your Leadership on UAP Transparency and Our Citizen Effort to Address the Civilian Impact Gap
Dear Chairman, Ranking Member, and Members of the House Committee on Oversight and Accountability,
On behalf of AlienAlerts.com and the citizen intelligence network we represent, I want to extend our sincere gratitude for your continued leadership and oversight on the UAP issue. Your committee’s work — including public hearings, legislative pressure, and support for the Presidential Unsealing and Reporting System for UAP Encounters (PURSUE) — has been instrumental in moving this topic from decades of secrecy toward meaningful transparency. We applaud your efforts and recognize the strategic importance of the work you are doing.
We also fully understand and support the necessity of achieving technological and warfighting parity with any potential non-human intelligence. The military and intelligence community’s focus on this aspect of the challenge is critical to national security.
At the same time, there remains a significant and largely unaddressed civilian impact gap. While official releases have concentrated on aerial phenomena and military sensor data, the human side of the equation — abductions, hybridization programs, and the resulting effects on millions of American citizens — has received almost no public policy attention. This leaves ordinary people vulnerable and without practical resources or official acknowledgment.
AlienAlerts.com was created specifically to meet this gap. As an independent, grassroots citizen platform, we provide real-world tools for awareness, reporting, resistance techniques, and community support that empower individuals to protect themselves and contribute high-quality data to the public record.
